Role:- Employability Trainer

Location:- Nottingham City (Nottingham central, Bulwell, Loxley house, Arnold, Beestone job centres)

Salary:- £23,175

Contract:- Ongoing Sessional (6 months STG)

Role Overview

Trigon Recruitment are recruiting for a and Employability and Skills Mentor to work for a National Training Provider who are Grade 2 Ofsted. The role is initially Sessional with a possible extension.

Role will include:-

· Delivering NON ACCREDITED TRAINING

· Delivering basic IT – setting up email accounts, how to attach documents etc

· Employability – creating CVS, cover letters, interview techniques

· Actively supporting the learners to apply for roles

Key skills and experience

· IT literate

· Training experience

· Good employability skills

· Able to use a company database

· Able to produce CV and covering letters

· Ability to teach varying levels of ability

· Used to group facilitation

· Able to set targets

· Can facilitate one to one support

· Excellent inter personal skills

· Genuine desire to help people

· Can be available for the duration of the contract
